STILLWATER, Okla. (AP) -- Oklahoma State safety Victor Johnson will face a possession of a controlled substance charge in addition to an accusation of obstructing a police officer leveled against him after his weekend arrest.
According to a police report released Wednesday by the university, Johnson was arrested early Saturday morning after police responded to a complaint about a suspicious odor at his apartment. Johnson is scheduled to appear in court on the charges on Aug. 23, when he is also due for his next hearing on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol. Johnson has pleaded not guilty to the DUI charge. Read more: http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/201...#ixzz0v6SY0SDn

I'd think that when you have a court date for a DUI charge that you would keep your nose clean for a little while. Now he gets cought with the marijuanna, not too smart.
